Then refi into DSCR using appraisal market rent (I have program if cash flow is negative, not worried about that) and then after the DSCR loan closes, then they put up the walls to make it padsplit.

This property had strong potential for adding value, especially with its ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) potential.

Also, building a wall to close off  a small closet.

Ive been thinking if i should hardwire a tesla universal wall connector or just install an outlet so the tenant can bring their own charger.
