This picture was taken before the power washing which just removed the vegetation debris.Thoughts?

I know we will be planting some kind of vegetation to the left of the front door under the windows to break up all the brick.

Tenants ask if it was possible to plants vegetables and flowers in the back yard and build a small fire pit. should I let them??

They do not decompose in the septic and clog lines and drain holes.Houses with garbage disposals discharge all kinds of vegetables, meat and other table scrapes that are also not easily disposed of in septic biology.  

A:  It varies, and that's not a statement of inconsistency, but more a question of variety and versatility.  

My retired parents who are staying with me had decided to terraced the slope in our backyard for vegetables.

I think that will definitely be part of my strategy.However, I want to learn more about different kinds of real estate investing so that I can be a more versatile investor and take advantage of the wider range of opportunities I might find.  

Funny to say we were trying to escape city every time we had a chance, go to NJ do pick-you-own fruits and vegetables from farm and go to local beer brewery for round of samples. :) Princeton, NJ is our favorite spot.
