I’ve got a SFH and it’s got a small front and side yard but the back yard has a chain link fence and is big enough that all of my tenants for the past 3 years have had a vegetable garden and there is plenty of room that if any of them had had children there would be enough space for them to spread out and play.

Maybe fence it off and make a garden.Feed you family free fresh fruit and vegetables (organic), sell the remainder on the roadside (pumpkins in October, melons and corn in the summer, peas, green beans, radishes, green onions, carrots, etc...).Sell from a trailer.Use the money for a family vacation.Teach the kids about business, pre-planing (planting hoe-ing gathering), and profits.Just my 2 cents.
