Digging deeper it is a legit program, that actually provides other tools and support similar to Rent to Retirement.

I don't know about your state but mine (TN) has a lookup tool that will show you the agent's original license date, the brokerage incorporation date, etc. 

Just curious - what tool are you using to create these graphs and tables?

With your background in computer science, math, and finance, you’re bringing some valuable tools to the table.

I think its useful income tool, but not significant.

Real estate wealth is built through long term price appreciation, property becomes (usually) more valuable over time, especially if purchased in areas that have either gone through development or redevelopment.
