We have a dozen or so properties there, that are without water indefinitely, perhaps as long as month.Of course, that's small change compared to the utter destruction and loss of life.  

It’s ok.I am the type of introvert who can get on a stage and do ninety minutes of speaking without blinking.

In the stage that I'm in now which is looking to grow my net worth and cash flow, I'm more interested in investing in real estate.

Great folks there at all stages.

I Currently own 8 piece of real estate. 7 long term rentals. 1 str that is currently in the furnishing stages.  

I have also begun to set the stage to do my own parking deals.

Building housing is subject to a significant array of regulatory costs, including a broad range of fees, permits, reviews, and other requirements imposed at different stages of the development and the construction process, with both a direct cost and a time/delay cost.

I have at this stage handed this over to an actual attorney, but wanted to check here on anyone else's experience with this.
