Something you do inadvertently is completely unintentional on your part.

If you cause disparate impact to a protected class even if it’s unintentional by other criteria it can be a fair housing violation 

I found out this week that the previous landlord was paying for one of the tenants electricity, maybe unintentionally because the electric meters are mixed up.

Further, I pointed out that some of these rules have many grey areas so an unintentional violation can more easily take place than with investing in notes.

If I came off as one of those in that camp, that was unintentional because I agree with Steve. 

Not a bad idea but as these things can change down to the county and even municipality level, it may be fairly hit and miss and possibly unintentionally misleading if someone sees something at the state level and does not realize they need a city version.
