It sounds unanimous that house hacking is the way to go and I should do this sooner, rather than later. 

I am searching on google for software and also BP and nothing unanimous came out.

I think the posters are unanimous in agreement you have no hope in winning such a case.  

It seems unanimous that renting to friends is a lose/lose situation!

However, having a CA agreement can have significant benefits in your case to govern possible disagreements or future issues with your friends such as who can transfer your ownership interest, what if one person wants out and the others want to stay, what if the entity needs money but only one party can provide funds, what sorts of decisions require unanimous agreement and which can only one person decide, what dollar amounts require two signatures on a check versus one signature, etc. 

The law removed the courts stance on pitbulls and removed liability from the landlords entirely.And if I recall correctly, the vote was unanimous, showing just how rediculous the courts decision was in that case.
