Peak and off peak shouldn’t be a 6% difference, it should be closer to a 50% discount.

If the note holder purchased the note at a discount he can accelerate his profits and increase his ROI by offering the borrower an incentive to pay off the note early, or to make e extra payments.  

@Seth RoseI would look at the approach from a revenue mindset, not a discount mindset (which is where the BRRR concept was born).Firstly, I would like to point out that properties with great cash flow potential and deep equity positions aren't just floating around the MLS.

There is also a good chance that once you get out of Bitcoin, the price of Bitcoin will drop tremendously.  

The lucky few were able to scale quickly in maybe 7 years by buying properties at a discount (e.g 2008) or someone with very high W2 income and tons of capital.
