Toughest pill to swallow was literally 6 days after I had resigned, while I was on a beach in Thailand, I got a job offer for 35% more, fully remote (very tough to come by pre-covid), sr. manager role which I had to turn down because it was against the principle of why I had quit my job.

If a master key wasn't an option I'd do something creative like buy one of those large sectioned off pill boxes and put the keys in there with the unit number written in each individual box.

There is a lot of money to be made if things go well, but you may need some sleeping pills to get you through the night when things go sideways and millions of dollars are on the line......Developing land is not for weak minded amateurs for sure,  and there are lots of safer, easier ways to make money.
