Please don't message through Airbnb as owners find it annoying as they get hit up by cleaners, instagramers and property management companies all the time this way and many of us mark it as spam which could kill your Airbnb account.

I think it's okay to not have a deluxe backyard, see what the market is demanding.We didn't want to or have the funds to do a full renovation, Here are some things we did when we got our primary ready to rent:-Tore out fiberglass tub and surround in master bedroom-Had new tub and tile surround put in (felt nicer for primary bedroom suite)-New toilets and all new faucets-Hired guy to resurface all kitchen and bathroom countertops-Took down popcorn ceiling and had resurfaced/ painted-Neutral paint and trim throughout (had different colors all over prior)-changed out washer hook-up valves to prevent issues Things I wish we would've taken care of:-regular yard maintenance hired out and baked into rent-LVP flooring throughout (kept mix of tile and carpet)Just did final walkthrough and got keys this morning for tenant moving out.

Look for groups, instagram pages and so on of people who appreciate vintage properties and post content about your properties there.

Instagram especially is becoming a major marketing tool! 

So I'm sure most of us have an instagram (or FB) account and have come across coaches like Thach Nguyen and Jake Leicht showing how they used real estate methods (flipping, brrrrr, etc) to make loads of money and promising to show you all their tricks if you just pay them $5000+ for their content. 

I would be looking at basically “house hacking” the office space as there would be 4 designated suites.

How can I get the property inspected  or who is best suited to perform the inspection on the property?
