We're getting $1950 rent.Re-reading my original post made me laugh as an applicant alerted me today that one of my houses is listed on Craigslist at $1200/mo and when I looked, it was a scam-someone had stolen my pics and content and reposted with their contact info.

While cleaning the apartment a situation occured of her family member stealing something of value of mine that cost $450.After asking the soon to be tenant about it, she stated the stolen item would be returned the next day, and it was.

There was a local business in my city that had over $100,000 stolen by someone who hijacked their account number and wrote fake checks.

It's almost a slam dunk the money was being mishandled or outright stolen by either the previous property management company or the president.I would like to note that neither the president nor property management company can tell you you can't have a board seat.

Less than that, you may as well operate as a flipper of cars or a wholesaler of merchandise.  

All the copper has been stolen from the property as well as front and back doors and condenser from HVAC unit.

If its gone bad or stolen in one area I bet it might not be much longer for other to have it so better to have asphalts

@Jason BottThat is the sort of info that cheers me up. thanks for making me realize that. the quote from State farm has a $1000 deductible. i didn't have receipts or serial numbers of the computers stolen so i wasn't too hopeful of seeing complete reimbursement. 

I have seen their generosity, their time, and their wide-eyed optimism being stolen from them.
