I'm starting my putting post its on properties to stir up some deal flow. 

I'm popping my popcorn and stirring the pot as in my last 273 posts... ;-) .So we'll find out whether her lender will require her to produce loan documentation from her ex-husband proving that he hasn't obligated her on a new loan (for an unspecified purpose that only the bank knows).

This is causing quite a stir among the longer term hosts who rent out extra rooms within their homes and feel their safety is being compromised.Our AirBnB propety is actually on our farm but in a separate building, so we are OK with Instant Booking. 

I'm looking to start doing some direct mail marketing, driving for dollars and door knocking to stir up some off market deals.

Send it certified, to each party, and tape a copy to the door. f course, I like my "bad tenants" shaken, not stirred.

I think you're just a stir the trigger pot bot. 

If you have the time and energy, definitely look off-market and see what you can stir up but in the end, time helps this process and REI is not a fast paced thing (unless you are a flipper or something of the sort).
