Two things stick out to me on this post - start at the beginning of this thread - definitely red flags were discussed two years prior.Second is it has been 90 days so I am curious if everyone got converted to equity and what has happened since ? 

The last part they showed us a TED talk and we had to write on a paper what I want to do before dying...then we had to stick these words to the "commitment wall"...Lastely, they ask us if we d like a one on one strategy the next day during the lunch (yes we are hard worker who saccrifies even lunch for what we want).

Its up to you as the builder to negotiate a fee that your happy to pay.. and Frankly market conditions dictate commission in hot markets one might be able to just stick a sign in the yard and do yourself.. still pretty tough or just put them on MLS and negotiate the buyers agents commish like the new rules dictate..

I'm not saying that you need stick around with someone no matter how bad they are, just that you need to be mindful on your projects going forward.
