Keep in mind for new ADUs, they are required to have solar as well, adding to the cost.

i had in mind maybe something solar, independent and cellular so I can install on the beginning and dismantle as soon as the flip is finished.What do you use?

Admittedly know nothing about solar panels, but inserting your favorite ‘state with the least amount of sunny days in the world’ quote, is it viable in our area?  

This is tilt-up concrete panel building (so not your basic metal tin).  

Also electrical system/panel/wiring may be seriously outdated.
