Are you willing to move to a completely new market and essentially "start-over" with your social life?

I'm utilizing social media to the fullest with multiple groups that are centered around moving to Florida.

Since they are social workers, they are always overworked & underpaid.

If all else take your concerns to yelp and social media. 

My real estate agent doesn’t seem familiar with that and didn’t tell me about the 3 people outside of family circle max requirement in single family zoning.I also need advice for renting finished basement legally and make more bedrooms, experiences and tips are more than welcome as he didn’t seem knowledgeable.Shall I change of real estate agent and find someone more used to this type of practice ?

In my circles I just don't hear about a lot of people taking lake vacations and staying in AirBnB/STR type accommodations. 

I'd be happy to share info with my circle to see if I have anyone that might be interested (either an agent to list it for you if that's what you decide, or a buyer).

Wholesaling is a mirage that social media and fake gurus make seem easy when in reality, most fail miserably and spend their money on one month of marketing when everyone knows it takes six to eight months of cross-platform marketing to make stuff happen.My best advice is not to wholesale.

If someone from that FB group were not on this thread, you could still be in the exact same position.Anyone that makes allegations on social media needs to be sure that they have the facts correct otherwise they could be financially liable for the consequences.good luck
