In my experience the premier agent position isn't worth it unless you 1) have more than 50% of the time slots, and 2) have more 5 star reviews than anyone else that will be listed as an agent in the area.  

I'm kind of after some specific advice, though.Because of Biggerpockets' extensive sign-in survey, I really expected that I'd be slotted into an Arizona (or even Pima County) RE forum. 

We would have to insert our room key card into a slot for the A/C to work.

But most electric contractors want a whole slot opened because closing it ain't their job!

This takes up 6 of the 10 allowed conventional loan slots, leaving me 4 loan slots for Fannie/Freddie backed loans.
