@Sam LaGrassa also since rates won't be going down in the near future, I would recommend locking in a long term rate since you'll be holding the property for a lengthy period of time, this will allow you to manage your expenses easier.

I am torn on this issue, because you don't want to be the jerk of a landlord who holds a tenant to a lease for a property that a tenant sincerely considers to be faulty/ haunted and is scared to live in, but at the same time ghosts aren't real.
