Greetings,I am a recent Civil Engineering college graduate, and I am looking for advice on how to secure funding.The deal is located in FloridaI am currently in process of purchasing the Land for $18k free and clearI will be building an 1100 SQ/FT home construction cost will be around $130,000What are some ways I can secure funding as a 21-year-old inspiring developer? 

We would like to convert the basement (which is already finished) into a 5th unit, it just needs a shower and a kitchen but that is a project we would get into while living there.

These machines would likely cost millions of dollars, and it is unlikely they could handle the more intricate tasks of finishing the houses… think carpet, showers, stoves, air conditioners, garage doors and their openers, screened porches, and the list goes on.Just my 2 cents All the best!

The cause of the leak is that when they built the shower, they tiled it incorrectly.

I've tried using greeting cards of various colors, using off season stamps, hand writing the letters, using colored paper, and even putting photos of projects I've done.
