Same document sheds light on your other thread in re:"In dealing with the buyer, a seller's agent should (a) exercise reasonable skill and care in performance of the agent's duties; (b) deal honestly, fairly and in good faith; and (c) disclose all facts known to the agent materially affecting the value or desirability of the property, except as otherwise provided by law."

Here's my reason for not jumping into the multi-family market, maybe you can change my mind, or shed some light.I only buy SFRs, usually pricing around $50k for cash, then I'll owner finance them as is.

Some of my rental properties have extensive damages outside, such as down trees, fence collapsed, sheds blown over and none of those are covered since they are not part of the main structures. 

As such, I assume these types of reports will help shed some light into the expense of owning a property?

Could anyone on here shed some light on what could be going on and why the closing is being delayed. 

I haven’t done my own due diligence to look deeper into this, and verify for myself (so maybe somebody else can shed some light?)

I will continue to use the Landlord Locks managing a small number of keys for tenants and having my master key that can open every tenant lock including padlocks on sheds/garages.
