Make sure the park is OK with what you want to do, how you want to improve the property, plans, and value.Be cautious not to over-improve as much of that crowd is looking for affordability, yes they want clean and sharp but aren't always focused on the latest cabinets, finishes or look.

If I'm not mistaken, that's covered under RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act), which has some big, sharp teeth.I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is that requiring the use of any particular service as a result of a different transaction is a violation of the Sherman Anti Trust Act.

Hey @Kristopher Sharpe, the numbers look good, keep in mind that these are the numbers for when it is fully rented out, you should be able to cash flow around $500-$600/month total or $250-$300/month for each door.However, you said you are looking at it as a house-hack, that being said you may want to run the numbers with only one side paying rent and you are responsible for the other side.
