It is vital to be wide awake and paying close attention to all you are seeing and hearing from tenant applicants.

I may not be religious, but I believe that missing out on this deal was a wake-up call from God telling me to think bigger and step up my game.Nothing fuels me more than people doubting me.

Well let me give you a wake-up call.I doesn't matter how many offers you make, if you are not dealing with motivated sellers, all your  "below market value" offers will be rejected.So, sorry but I am a little bit more practical than "every no gets you closer to a yes".In real life it doesn't work that way.You need to deal with a motivated seller if you want a below market value offer accepted.Period.

So this is definitely a wake-up call.

At least you will never have to sit through all those awful classes again and try to stay awake.

We probably should inspect the extinguishers during maintenance inspections, but I don't lay awake at night worrying about tenants using good intentions against us.
