I've been screaming to people for 8 years that this thing is going to bust and hard.

While everyone else was screaming about their lines of credit being reudced, I went into my bank with my "free and clear" deed and obtained a line of credit.

Looking on paper, and compared to Austin, there are some what appears to be screaming deals on multi-family and even  SFH in the Killeen area.  

When blood is in the water financing his MUCH harder to come by.

Renting to a tenant - do stainght screaming and credit check, call past landlords and current employer( to make sure the job will last at least 2years).... 

When I see a cockroach I scream real loud "ewwwwww" and run from the room.

Don't worry about getting a screaming deal on it as long as the numbers make decent sense.

Its really easy for a tenant to scream discrimination and extort a landlord.  

It's a bloodbath out there and the blood is ours my friend.
