I’ve even attending the One Thing Goal-setting retreat, and worked through many mindset topics.

We've taken it from a grandma cabin to a gorgeous, private retreat by refurnishing, redecorating, and renovating the house.

Over the last year I have started to build plans that would allow me to place a few rental cabins and other country retreat amenities on this site.

Just some of my thoughts on this:Is this an old religious retreat or something (???)

I focus on properties that can sleep over 20 people so that people can use them for multi-family vacations or retreats.

Low inventory has kept prices from dramatically falling as rates rise, however we are starting to see that price is finally retreating as well.

(Which is to say that I have an emotional investment in trying to make this work, and am trying to be very clear headed about that fact.)The houses could easily be used for vacation rentals, weddings, corporate retreats, yoga retreats, meditation retreats, etc.

What closes a sale for one person is different that what does for another.Perhaps sell it.I don't buy vacation property for myself or time shares etc because I would rather buy another rental and then if I want to go on vacation there are so many fully furnished lake houses or mountain retreats out there the list is endless.

With oil & gas in retreat right now and Exxon-Mobil moving up to The Woodlands, we need to see where the market settles.  

The physical and sexual abuses were beyond belief, and no one seemed to care because I was the mentally retarded, spazzy loser with no way to communicate, and most likely no one who would have cared if I could.I was told that my son would never walk or talk-and that is BEFORE he got sick- and he now, at 20 years old, owns his own home free and clear, teaches extremely basic code to Autistic children[ actually learning with them, not the sterotypical IT Autistic],is working on the third book in a fantasy adventure trilogy he is writing, has cleared most of the trails in the location that will one day be THE Autistic retreat center of the world, and he has already been approached about management there.
