They represent prospective buyers viewing the property as inspectors, contractors, etc.  

All in all may represent 15-25% of your income depending on age and condition of property and your market.

Section 8 representatives will confirm the rent rate per house once a tenant is secured.

You need to do the ethical thing and inform this person that your not of the correct knowledge or skill level to best represent this transaction.

I filed a claim.Claim adjuster came out, fire department came out to log it and an investigator that works for a law firm representing the insurance company "Loyd's of London.
