I was just up past Laytonville a couple weeks back for the Kate Wolf Music festival.

This initial post is over 6 yrs old when I first started listening religiously to the bigger pockets podcast.

I've been going religiously for several years now.  

Most of the time, I change out the locks although this is something I should be more religious about.
