So I would have rejected the bathroom fan request unless the current one was broken and you indicated they would receive a bathroom with a working fan (which you would want, for mold purposes).

If you don't like them, reject them for any other reason you want, just not their record.

I had a seller this year in a multiple offer situation reject a higher VA loan offer in favor of a lower, but otherwise very similar, conventional loan offer due to a very minor worry that the property wouldn't meet the VA minimum property standards.

They would find the deals that were mispriced that the market rejected.
