Didn't make a lot of sense to me, but sometimes regulations don't make much sense.  

PML  U are seeing this a ton on BP right now were those that live or work in states were investors loans are not regulated folks just advertise themselves as a lender and they basically whitepaper or broker deals to the actual lenders. this only takes marketing money and the gift of gab.So a few off the top of my head.

The government has regulated their hours of work to 24 hours a week rather than 40 hours.

STR regulations have been a VERY hot topic here for the last year (and even beforehand).

PA is super regulated state and not a state i recommend doing seller financing in.

I have never dealt with an investor who didn't physically go to the property & most look up zoning regulations before even giving me an offer!

That is why I am moving to STR because I am tired of all these regulations popping up everyday.Sucks that you had to replace the toilet, and they rejected the payment.

NOPE  these are not federally or state regulated loans or lenders they owe u NOTHING.
