If the complex needs a new roof, the pool refinished, repaving of the parking lot, landscaping, painting, any number of things, you as an owner get hit with the assessment.

That includes complete renovation, removal of wallpaper, replace damaged and gross drywall and Celings, hardwood floor refinished, baths, interiors doors.

Current need is drywall repair and paint, tuck pointing, subfloors, floor refinisher, tile, kitchen and bath, roof/gutter.

I think to refinish the garage would cost  about 15K .  

If we have hardwoods we will generally refinish them and run with those. 

We are finishing up a remodel in SE Denver and have been trying to find someone to refinish the hardwood floors. 

The kitchen was gutted, flooring redone (refinished hardwood and tiling work in the kitchen.

Overall the house was pretty nice.  1950s  house, hardwood floors had been refinished, new cabinets had been installed in kitchen, nice front porch had been added. 

Refinished hardwoods, new tile in kitchen and bath, old cabinets, older functioning HVAC, insulated.
