We rarely get 1 week stays.

The influx of tech jobs, manufacturing, mining, and Californians there is a strong population and combined with limited to no multifamily new construction we expect a severe housing shortage.

Rare do I hear of recommendations but I do hear people asking.I would think in any big city you think about, a visit to a local NARPEM meeting or 2-3 visits would be a great idea. 

Went through extra fast because the developer really had no other good optionsI doubt we'll know the full details for years to come but I'm curious if you have an opinion, or if there's other probable options C,D,E I could be missing as just a public bystander to the situation @Rene Hosman It's very rare that anything gets done quietly behind the scenes.

It would be a rare new RE investor that could hope to have taken on this project without partners with experience.My point is investors in different stages of life and experience have different criteria for their RE investments.  

Even creating a simple model to evaluate potential deals or predict returns could be a fun way to combine your interests while gaining hands-on experience.The most important thing is to start somewhere.

Maybe we could combine our desire for a meetup in the Huntington area work on getting people to attend together.

IN other states no attorneys are involved in small residential closings.. it would be quite rare. 

So now I am 25 and I was finally presented with an opportunity (duplexes are super rare in my area/state btw) I put an offer in and it's looking like it's gonna be accepted!!
