A lot of rentals do not produce any significant cash flow the first several years….. 

SEO takes several months to produce results, and the process can be slow and costly.Google Ads, on the other hand, doesn’t require data extraction like calls, direct mail, or texting.

Same with food and claiming we need to produce more food.

This is distinct from the BiggerPockets professionally produced blog content. 

I would think they would.I was just thinking after seeing someone one the news who had their life savings in Florida STR's.I think it is important to diversity and not have all income producing properties in one place especially when it is prone to a certain type of potential destructive weather. 

Our factory produces all HCD Certified units ranging from 275sqft up to 960sqft.

What we're struggling to understand is how to underwrite/estimate the paper losses that a MF would produce and IF this strategy is worth it from an income/tax savings perspective.

Seems like Google doesn't partner with AirBnB like they do VRBO, booking.com, and others so that means my property won't show up as a vacation rental with the "check availability" booking link on google maps or google web search. 

I could probably continue to source leads by increasing my web presence and some local advertising, someone more local to the area would have a clear advantage, I believe.
