Depending on the type of commercial you want to get into my suggestion is to go work for a company that does commercial real estate as learning from people who do it and getting paid at the same time is not a bad strategy

Rather than just grinding for the next deal, I’ve put more focus on surrounding myself with the right people—those who challenge me, push me to think bigger, and share similar values.

He does a lot of webinars, zooms where you can ask questions and has people to do Trusts, etc, entity formation.
