The main reason I would do that is because BFD is effectively the same thing as subect-to,  but more familiar to conventional business practitioners like attorney's, title companies and some real estate agents.We had a guest speaker on the topic of doing subject-to deals at The RING from New Orleans who uses David Birdsong.

SEO is going to take the longest to get results, and as many here know, if you get a bad SEO, they will do nothing and drag you on forever, telling you 'it takes time'.Adwords gives you instant results (good or bad depending on the practitioner you hire).I've never done a single piece of direct mail in my life, so I'm speaking from zero experience when I say that direct mail seems to allow you to target a specific farm area, and keep hitting it until you get a bite.

I think you should be able to find if you spend sometime inquiring a competent practitioner that has both ample real estate and multi state experience at many mid sized firms.
