I beleive there's plenty of opportunties on the MLS, but they are usually categorized incorrectly i.e. a property possessing favorable zoning listed under the single family category, public records incorrectly listed the square footage, or instances where  BRIGHT MLS doesn't track zoning changes real time with recently introduced zoning bills.

They might be able to put you in touch with other specialists or investors and frequently possess market knowledge.In your desired neighborhoods, go to open houses or property tours.

Section 6 is section 6 in the security instrument which calls for the borrower to take possession and live in the subject property within 60/90 days.

All that being said, get an experienced attorney and have them file for possession ASAP, and then they can try the carrot/stick approach with this holdover:  cash for keys OR we'll proceed with the pending eviction. 

While most municipalities do not possess an interative map as easy to use, once you famiarlize yourself with the base zoning districts that allow the 2-4 unit buildings, relying on the local zoning maps will help direct you to the specific areas within the municipality that possesses the proper zoning.

I love Queens and I love New York but some things here are so backwards.It is WILD to look the other way from negative behavior and punish those who defend themselves and their possessions.
