use STR reports it's more representative of major hotel markets and hotel inventory. find hte right brand. we just did a 150 page report on one development site.

I know, nitpicky, but if you have a chance. might as well make it perfect :-)Be patient, if your area is a popular one, you will definitely fill up and stay full.

We are listed on many sites - Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, ForRentUniversity.com, Redfin, Rent.com, showmetherent.com.

If you are just looking to network I would go the route of meetups locally (you can check above at the toolbar, hoover over forums then to the right you have events and meetups.If you are looking to wholesale and build a list of buyers that fix and flip for deals you may have then I would pull lists from 3rd party sites like Property Radar or propstream.

I've looked at a few of the sites and will reach out to them. 

With my other listings, I use pricelabs, and on their site it says to contact them for more unique pricing.

SIH has some marketing gimmick with the Real Estate Guys where they bus unsuspecting retail customers around to the sites to see home being built.

@Caleb Rehg  I would advise your first step is to search this site for college student rentals and student rentals and read all you can. 

Then you can take them off-site yourself so you have time until the next changeover or create another option for the cleaners that they go back and finish the sheets and store them so their changeovers will be easier as well.
