I’ll be moving to Madrid in September to study my Masters in Real Estate.  

One of the biggest takeaways from my Master's Program in Engineering that has made a huge impact is this: Great solutions come from great problems - you can't find the solution without first understanding the problem. 

The county may want one master drain field with an established Alt. field if the first one fails. etc etc.. its very county specific so thats where I would start.. 

People are telling me it’s strange to put 2 beds in the master bedroom.

Gulf front, 6th floor (so your views are over the tops of the palm trees) master bedroom with a king to sleep and an ensuite, two other queens, another bath and full kitchen.You might consider this a hybrid investment with vacation benefits.

 I want to master this thing to the core and be able to set my self free from a J.O.B.

Everything is tied to the master account, which is my holding company, then broken down into sub accounts per LLC and per property.

Taking MY template and selling it for double the price is not  "student surpassing the master". 

I have set up a master bank account for the holding company through Baselane, then individual bank accounts for each LLC which are sub-accounts of my Holding Company.

Best tip: Go to "B or C" apartment complex, locate the maintenance man, he is jack of all trades, master of none but can do almost anything you need done.....he gets paid at best $15-20 an hour.
