Trying to get a genuine perspective from someone that has strongly considered using one or actually used one.

Multifamily syndication by average expecting 15% IRR with high single digit cash flow.I am not blaming those GP, but from financial perspective, the lending aspect of it doesn't make sense.

It's a great place to ask questions and get different perspectives. 

From a long term perspective, keeping it as a rental is definitely a great strategy. 

From a guest perspective I second everything you said, and would add a hot tub. 

I would appreciate input from the BP community as to the best way to approach this from a financial and tax perspective.  

Really puts into perspective my strategy given my current situation.I will continue to accumulate capitol and work on my skills/knowledge for when i will embark on my rental real estate journey whether it be here (if i stay longer than anticipated) or when I come back to the US once my contract is completed.
