In general I say its a personal preference and there is no right or wrong here, just what works best for you. 

I've seen a few homes were the agent didn't market it well (terrible photos, wrong information, seller leaving their messy personal belongings) where homes sat. 

None of which I never actually met in person. 

Hey @Saurabh Kukreja, we use QuickBooks Online for all of our Clients (REIs) and I use it for my personal businesses/rentals as well.We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately.

Personally I dont think STR is really a move in Philly.

I've found the people who want to charge for their time and "mentorship" typically need the money because they are struggling- maybe not the best person to take financial advice from. 

I personally do my owen  management so I can't recommend anyone.

I think the best thing to do would be to find a good-hearted person with a lot of experience and pick their brain.

Other companies have come in person to do it.Every year, I get new 4-point inspections on ALL of my properties and send to my agent to re-shop my insurance rates.
