I am also debating if I should use the same Rigid Core LVP on the stairs match instead of carpeting it for ease of cleanup and not having to vacuum but keeping in mind that it is light wood grain pattern quite taupe in color ) would that show stains & dirt fast?

@Jeff DufordNo most tenants can barely dress themselves .I’ve toured some apartments before where the tenant not only dId a terrIble sloppy job but ruined laminate floor because they wouldn’t use the drop cloth and the paint got down in the flooring textured pattern on the planks .

I have not seen it (doesn't mean it's not out there, I just haven't seen it), nor have I seen credible articles that lay out the history, much less the pattern of victories for Series LLC's. 

Great question and something that I have thought about as well, but not just for RE Agents but also on the lending side as there is already a pattern of automated processing/underwriting.
