I've had quite a bit of business finance and working with investors in my previous field but, am new to CRE funding (anxious to learn).I also own a patent related to music technology that I hope to launch with the profits in my new venture in CRE.Looks like a great site!

The investment makes it possible to monetize the patents or marketing plans.

I quit my job to be a freelancer in the field of " invention and product design" where I help people with an idea to build them a patent and working prototypes.

FYI, patents on the lighting system, bond, and project architecture are in the works.

and others are trying to study, apply for grants/patents/more.Just market it as what it is and then have the renter (don't even use the word tenant) tell you how they work and how they will use the space.
