Conventional, after two hard money people fell through How did you add value to the deal?

I also have no interest in being in the car wash business, or the laundry business, or the AirBnB business, things like that which seem to appeal to a good number of people, but not me.I like to KISS, and just focus on market rate rentals, 12 to 18 month leases.

I’m eager to learn from people who have been through it already and are open to sharing their knowledge.

There are over 300k people in the greater Amarillo area so a cool event space like this could be very successful.

First, I think self-doubt and fear keep most people from trying something new or investing in real estate.

But when people are out of town / out of state the title company can hire a mobile notary near you and they will fedex the documents to your local area to sign.  

He does a lot of webinars, zooms where you can ask questions and has people to do Trusts, etc, entity formation.

Just would like to start building relationships with people In the Phoenix area as well. 

Some people will rub you the wrong way.
