I'm looking to develop a Gino Wickman/Traction style organizational chart for a new multifamily business.

The time management and organizational skills I learn through my career in corporate & software sales is crucial in real estate - so is the ability to talk and connect with people. 

As a student of Organizational Leadership and Developmebt I’ve spent 10 years looking for solutions.

Do you just store in your smartphone or is there a Real Estate organizational software / program you use?

And, good management requires a good business understanding, in areas like contractor's liability and workman's comp, hiring practices, collections, privacy laws, building codes and ordinances, types of insurance......it's not just your organizational skills. :) 

I'm sure their organizational systems and templets have value but I think my $30,000 to $50,000 will be better spent elsewhere.
