Northwest Arkansas has a lot going for it—strong job growth, solid demand, and a mix of rental opportunities.

This could be a great opportunity but I'm not so eager that I would do it if the numbers don't make sense. 

Ultimately, we let the 45-day window expire and took the net proceeds as boot because we identified a handful of Opportunity Zone investments that were pretty attractive and met the needs of the investor.We then identified a basket of OZ funds with various business models to diversify risk.

Back in the US I was constantly looking for multi-family properties but in Barcelona and Valencia I haven't seen any multi-unit opportunities really... 

It gives me an opportunity to see how they live.  

For short-term projects, fix & flip loans and bridge loans remain popular, helping investors move quickly on distressed properties or value-add opportunities.

I truly enjoy the process of analyzing opportunities and witnessing the growth of both large and mid-sized companies.

Gives opportunity for large chunks of capital to work with and stay free of the banks but at mercy of the market which I suppose we all are either way.
