To me the whole point of creating an LLC is to separate oneself from the business and limit personal liability, so naming it eponymously goes against that idea. 

I agree that the list broker has fiduciary responsibility to the bank, however, as an investor, one should be familiar enough with purchase and sales agreements and how to protect oneself rather than relying on some agent to do so.

And the decision is not always between managing a property oneself versus outsourcing it.

As far as insulating oneself, how would you advise when Rentalutions just stops depositing to your account one day and you have to actively hunt down an answer as to why only to be told that a another 3rd party company went bankrupt so Rentalutions isn't responsible for your money. 

It would be out of character to allow the individual to protect themselves via several laws much stronger than other states and do the opposite by not allowing one to represent oneself to buy/sell property or with legal agreements.

It is useful to remind one self of these guidelines. 

I wanted to get some feedback on the thought of separating Airbnb properties under different Airbnb profiles per property to protect oneself from the "worst case" scenario where Airbnb deems it necessary to freeze, suspend, or revoke a profile due to a situation.  

I suppose one could game the  system in slow months and book it oneself or thorough a family member for the 2 slow months and work it so the overall average works to over 7 days.   

Local residents should take initiative to fix their own neighborhoods and lives.Maybe I'm cold and believe that people should be responsible for their own lives-- and in the slums, that could mean 80 hours a week, getting off welfare, educating oneself, skimping by on Ramen and having no TV/phone/cable/other luxury service or goods, shopping thrift stores for clothes, not smoking or drinking (expensive), not going out to eat or to clubs or movies when poverty-striken on welfare, cutting all expenses when on welfare and taking any job that's offered, making wise choices, and moving away from the slums.

It presents oneself with integrity and still makes a profit (if there is one to be made).Originally posted by @K.
