Them helping one person try to save a few dollars will jeopardize their entire practice and every other person who does the taxes at that office. 

They took on more projects than they can handle just as a number of market variables turned against them: materials costs and availability and staffing, both back office and subs, just to name a couple.

I worked for a property management company that requires all potential tenants to check into the main office prior to showing as a means to provide a safe showing for the employees.

In lieu of living quarters, and if your area doesn't really need the value of a garage due to weather, the best uses I have seen are full-service home offices or gyms.

Then think about writing off your cellphone, your internet, you car, your home office, your tax prep, etc etc etc.  

I never was able to get ANY response at all from the title attorney's office.
