Start with maintenance notes that you may regularly reference, such as air filter size, water shut-off location, etc.

As a MTR property manager myself I wouldn't feel comfortable handing off my properties that I manage for my clients to someone else who is going to do the same thing.  

My two year at the time old grab the edge to help stand up from the seated position on the floor and the glass stop slid off and almost caused severe harm. 

It might be best to hold off until you hear of other BP members who have experience with them. 

If that's a turn-off for you, then don't go.

I'd feel comfortable investing ~$50k to start off.

The premiums didn’t make sense compared to the other options I found for the two properties I moved off this policy, nor did they align with the rates I have for other properties in my portfolio that are not on this policy.I’ve shopped this policy extensively across multiple companies and brokers.

Now, seems like a simple task- take the old door off and put a new door on.
