I also noticed in the last hearing that they changed it to say 2 days in the last 2 years.  

As i was driving through the neighborhood scoping the area out i noticed a new shiny fire department.

So if they moved in May 2022 they have been there over 2 years which means you need to give them 90 days notice of an increase of more than 5% (from my understanding if the increase is less than that then you don't need to give that much notice, but that is not entirely clear).

@Andrew Giunta I noticed you posted this over a year ago... were you able to make any progress on this? 

If they dont like what we are doing they can quit with a simple 60 day notice and kick me to the curb..
