Greece, teetering on the brink of total collapse and in months of riots, Egypt, Syria, Tunisia, Libya, China, Ukraine, the list goes on and on, this is JUST civil unrest and violence, that doesn't count our multi leg war program.... oh, sorry, police actions..... oh nope wrong again, I mean, "peace keeping missions", lol.

I guess, I've grown accustom to no-vacancy (except for the cursed 3-bdrm duplex)The trade-off is you will work to find properties with cash-on-cash >10 and CAP >7 ... and will run out and purchase lottery tickets if you find a CAP >10 ... things are "fully priced" around here ... to the point that I've begun looking for deals in the neighbouring city of Saint John.

Then direct mail with a website to capture phone numbers, or ask the tenant, neighbours, etc, that you need to speak with the property owner regarding something other than a sale.

It was small with an awkward layout, but it was cheap ($350/month), came with great neighbours and worked for us at the time (we remodelled it ourselves to help the owner out and save on some rent).

I hate the smell, but they legalized it where I am and just close my windows when a neighbour decides to smoke.Assuming windows are closed, look at weather stripping under the doors in your unit.
