I heard about a camp for adults and kids that focuses on financial education.

Those are the points I want to delve into.Demand/Population - Younger people are waiting to start families, not having kids, and generally not the same trends as prior generations.

Towns/cities hate them because there are no proprety taxes yet they chew up services for things like more school kids, etc.I'm sure there are deals to be had out there in parks for people that are looking. 

There are bikes, kids' toys, and even cars flipped over in driveways.

I am planning on Sunday as well with my wife and kids.

If you know you will stay where you are, I would look to save and buy a two-family and house hack it, depending on if you have kids or not.
