If it is the thick tongue and groove classic cedar or pine plank paneling keep it!

I have been interested in it for sometime now and have read about a project where they are going to develope a miniature neighborhood of tiny homes on a 1 acre plot with common area similar to a RV park.

It's an older heart of pine floor, maybe on the thin side.

I'm hoping to hit another home run on the settlement(like Pine View). 

And this type of animal can ONLY be a dog or a miniature horse. 

I am sure they are pine trees.

Also for networking and learning the ins&outs you should attend Pine Financial's REI meetups at Grumpy's in Roseville every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6pm in their banquet hall (Feb 14th is the next one).  

Now in the end you could still have slope if that is an issue but they won't be uneven. is it wide plank pine?
