Of course the rate is higher with 15% down, but it helps investors get that property secured with less out of pocket.Happy to help if there's anything you need.

You find this out by talking to people, speaking with past residents, people in the industry, or mystery shopping the property.Using technology to pull in data so you don't have to manually type it in, is helpful, but other than that, I would not trust automation. 

A VA can help you compile lists of potential wholesalers, manage follow-ups, and even track responses from your marketing efforts—freeing you up to focus on high-level strategy and deal analysis.Hope these ideas help!

(Doing this one well should help you with the following two.)The second would be to invest in your education on how real estate investing works.

Platforms like Avail can help if you prefer to self-manage but still require time for repairs.Tax-wise, repair costs may be deductible immediately, while major improvements must be depreciated over 27.5 years.

This could help decide if the income is enough.
